1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between age44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses or uses age44.app ("you", "the Player", "the User"). 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration
To access real-money gaming on age44, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number (registered in Bangladesh), email address, and preferred payment method.
3.1 One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one age44 account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a material breach of this Agreement. 3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your age44 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. age44 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arise from your failure to keep credentials secure. 3.4 Accurate Information
Providing false, misleading, or outdated information during registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account suspension. If your personal details change (for example, your registered mobile number), you must update your account information promptly via the account settings page or by contacting support.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.4 Anti-Money-Laundering Policy
age44 applies strict anti-money-laundering (AML) controls. Depositing funds with no intent to wager, depositing then withdrawing without significant gameplay, or any pattern of activity consistent with money laundering will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities. All transactions are monitored in real time.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
age44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All offers are subject to specific terms that are published at the point of claiming. The general bonus rules set out below apply to all promotions unless a specific offer's terms state otherwise.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. 6. Gameplay & Fair Use

6.1 Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on age44 and will result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban:

6.2 Game Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, age44 will attempt to resolve the issue and restore your last known game state where possible. If restoration is not technically feasible, the wager for the affected round will be refunded to your balance. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game round are not guaranteed and may be voided following investigation.

7. Account Suspension & Closure
age44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if there is reasonable cause to believe that any of the following has occurred:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or attempts to manipulate the platform.
- Provision of false or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
- Evidence that the account is operated by a person under 18 years of age.
- Operation of duplicate accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below).
7.1 Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Before an account is classified as dormant, age44 will send a notification to the registered email address and mobile number. If the account remains inactive for a further 30 days following notification, age44 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. To reactivate a dormant account, log in and complete a fresh KYC review if required.
7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your age44 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method. Accounts under active investigation for fraud or AML review may not be closed until the investigation is complete.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, age44, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation:
- Any loss of funds arising from gameplay outcomes, which are governed by certified RNG or live-dealer processes beyond age44's control.
- Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues affecting your ability to place or settle wagers.

- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
- Loss of winnings or bonuses resulting from your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits age44's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to age44's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the support team will be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in the platform's separate Dispute Resolution Policy, available from the support team on request.
